The Client

Coconut 503 is a Salvadoran lifestyle brand rooted in surf culture, producing apparel, accessories, and curated goods that reflect the coastal identity of El Salvador. The brand had a strong social media following but no dedicated online store or brand hub.

The Challenge

Without a dedicated website, the brand was limited to selling through Instagram DMs and pop-up events. They needed a digital home that told their story, showcased products, and provided a straightforward path to purchase. The site also needed to feel authentic to the brand's relaxed, surf-inspired aesthetic.

The Approach

We designed a visual-first website with a warm, coastal color palette and typography that reflects the brand's personality. Product pages follow an editorial layout with lifestyle photography alongside product shots. The site architecture was kept intentionally simple: brand story, shop, lookbook, and contact.

The Solution

The delivered site features an editorial homepage that blends brand storytelling with featured products, a product catalog with category filtering and size guides, a lookbook section with seasonal photography, and a contact page with integrated social feeds. The CMS lets the Coconut 503 team manage products, imagery, and content independently.

Online product inquiries increased by 65% in the first month. The site's Instagram referral traffic converted at 3.2%, more than double the social commerce average. Average session duration reached 2 minutes 50 seconds, with the lookbook section accounting for 35% of total page views. The brand reported that having a dedicated website improved their credibility with wholesale buyers and retail partners.
