We built the website of La Liga Contra el Cáncer de El Salvador, a nonprofit that fights cancer through prevention, treatment and care.
La Liga Contra el Cáncer de El Salvador is a private nonprofit association focused on early detection and treatment of cancer. We built the website that presents its medical services, explains how to help and invites visitors to donate.
The challenge
Explaining many medical services
Nine services, from outpatient consultation to radiation oncology, each needed a clear and approachable explanation.
Making donations obvious
Donating and other ways to help had to be reachable from every page without feeling pushy.
Speaking with care
The tone and imagery had to be reassuring for patients and families, and credible for donors.
What we did
The home page opens with the message "Juntos por un futuro sin cáncer" and two actions: donate and watch the video. A services carousel presents each medical service, and a services page expands them one by one.
The About page tells the organization story and introduces its leadership, and the How to help page lists four ways to support: donate, become a community sponsor, attend events and share the message. A news section, a contact page and a prominent "Donar ya" button in the header complete the site.
