Simple Travel is a local guide and concierge service for visitors to Vail, Aspen, Breckenridge, Telluride and Beaver Creek. We built the website that presents its experiences, private dining and vacation rentals, and gives guests tools to plan before they arrive.
The challenge
Selling a service, not a product
Concierge work is personal, so the site had to convey trust and local knowledge before a guest ever calls.

Visitors needed seasonal guides, a pre-arrival checklist and a way to book a planning call.
What we did
The home page leads with three quick actions: download the summer or winter guide, fill out the pre-arrival checklist and schedule a planning call. Below, sections present winter and summer experiences and what sets the service apart.
A Private Dining page presents the chef-driven Handcrafted events with an inquiry form, and the Vacation Rentals page lists each property with its location, beds and baths. A blog, a contact form and a floating planning prompt complete the site, which adapts to phones with a compact menu.
