Wict Event HUB
A white-label virtual events platform that powered 20+ conferences during the pandemic shift.

What we did
The Client
Agency BE needed a scalable virtual events platform they could deploy for their corporate clients during the rapid shift to online conferences in 2020-2021. The platform had to support everything from intimate webinars to multi-day conferences with thousands of attendees.
The Challenge
Off-the-shelf virtual event platforms were expensive, lacked branding flexibility, and couldn't handle the specific requirements of Agency BE's clients: things like tiered VIP access, sponsor visibility hierarchies, and on-demand content libraries that persist after the live event ends. Each event needed its own branded presence deployed quickly.
The Approach
We built a multi-tenant web application where each event gets its own subdomain and fully customizable interface. The theming system allows event-specific colors, fonts, logos, and layouts without code changes. The streaming infrastructure supports both embedded third-party streams and native video playback for pre-recorded content.
The Solution
The platform supports live video streaming with real-time chat, on-demand content libraries with categorized sessions, webinar rooms with Q&A moderation, tiered VIP sections with gated content, sponsor showcases with pyramid-style visibility tiers, attendee registration with ticketing tiers, and a comprehensive analytics dashboard. The multi-tenant CMS lets Agency BE configure and launch a new event site in under a day, including branding, agenda, speaker profiles, and sponsor placements.
Results
The platform powered over 20 virtual events across industries including finance, healthcare, and technology. Peak concurrent attendance reached 3,500 viewers on a single event. Event deployment time went from weeks of custom development to under 24 hours using the template system. Sponsor satisfaction scores averaged 4.6 out of 5, driven by the flexible visibility tiers and post-event analytics reports that Agency BE could share with sponsors.
